HOCOA is...
an association designed to alleviate the stress and worry of home repair and maintenance for the homeowner. It is an "AAA-type" service for your home. We match the customer's requested service with our best certified contractor.

About our Contractors
Our contractors have outstanding references, insurance and any required licenses. Our approved contractors are by invitation only and they cannot pay to join us.

The customer receives a service call within the hour and the contractors keep scheduled appointments. We then verify the work was complete and to the satisfaction of our customers.

HOCOA opens a "door of a different color, size, and style." and offers an unusually distinctive meaning to the phrase "making a living!" HOCOA Franchise Process

PRESCREEN: Upon a short phone interview, we will provide information to you about the Franchise operation.

NON-DISCLOSURE: Approved interviews will be sent a non-disclosure agreement.

PACKET SENT : After the agreement is signed, an info. packet is sent. It is free and provides a good overview of the HOCOA franchise opportunity.

APPLICATION: Those seriously interested will be sent a preliminary application.
